Returnable Items
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
1.Faulty items damaged/broken ,or soiled upon arrival.
2.Items recveived in the incorrect size/color
3.Unwashed,unworn,and unused item(s)that have not met your expectation within 30days of receiving.

Contact  Corki Customer Service Support at justcorki@hotmail.com as soon as possible if you come across any of the above situations.
You can get full refund if the order is not shipped. If for any reason you decide you no longer want the item after we make the shipment, you could return the product to the following address and you should be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Non-Returnable Items
We will not accetp returns in the following conditions:
1.Items outside the 30days warranty time-frame
2.Washed,worn,used,or misused items.

Note: All returns must be authorized by the Corki Team via the Customer Service Support.Returned item without an return merchandise form(RMA) will not be accepted.

Returns Process & Time-Frame
Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays:
1. If your item is returnable(see above),Please submit a ticket in our service center stating your:
Order Number
SKU number or product name
Reasons for return 

2.Corki customer service support will respond to your request within 24hours and provide you with a return merchandise form(RMA) along with our returns address.

3.Please return the item according to our instructions on the RMA form and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.

4.Once we have received the returned item(s),We will email you and arrange an exchange for a refund within 30days.

After this , please note the refund time below:
For Paypal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.

Corki aim to offer services that will benefit all of your loyal customers.Please always contact us prior to returning the  items by submitting a ticket to obtain an R.M.A form(Return Merchandise Authorization) with the related returns address:

1.All return shipping fees are at customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange.Shipping fees are non-refundable.

2.Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee.We recommend you use USPS.
